This Refund Policy explains when refunds or rescheduling apply for digital products and consultations purchased through this website.
Digital products
- Because products are delivered instantly by email and download, digital products are generally non-refundable once access has been issued.
- If a file is defective or cannot be opened, contact me within 7 days with your order reference. I will replace the file or, if replacement is not possible, refund the purchase.
- Refunds are not available for change of mind after download access has been provided.
Consultations
- You may reschedule a confirmed consultation with at least 24 hours’ notice (East Africa Time), subject to availability.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no-shows, may forfeit any deposit or session fee already paid.
- If I cancel a session, you may choose a full refund of amounts paid for that session or a rescheduled time.
- Discovery calls that are free of charge have no monetary refund.
How to request a refund
Email brian@einsteinrising.org with:
- Your full name and email used at checkout / booking
- Order or booking reference
- Reason for the request
Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method where possible and may take several business days depending on your bank or mobile-money provider.
